A luxury resale e-commerce business had a credible product, a clear market opportunity and a founder with genuine knowledge of the sector. The groundwork had been done. But launch hesitation was keeping the business in preparation mode when it should have been trading.

Built launch conviction, established pricing discipline and created the fulfilment infrastructure to trade at the right level.
The engagement ran across Private Advisory and Leadership Development. The commercial and operational build ran alongside leadership work because the hesitation keeping the business from launching was both structural and behavioural.
On the advisory side, pricing discipline was established. A structured approach to valuation, margin and pricing for a luxury resale market was built, replacing intuition with a repeatable commercial framework. The founder needed to be able to price with confidence on every transaction.
Fulfilment infrastructure was built to the standard the market required. Authentication, packaging, logistics and the client communication that surrounds a high-value transaction were all designed to support the trust that luxury buyers expect.
On the leadership side, the programme worked directly on the launch hesitation, building the commercial confidence and decision-making clarity required to trade in a market where personal credibility is part of the product.
