─── SHRINE LONDON LTD

Structure first.
Scale second.

Private advisory for owner-led businesses building something that lasts.

Shrine London is a private advisory and leadership development practice working with owner-led businesses across the UK. We sit alongside founders, MDs and senior leaders at the points where decisions carry real weight, whether that is building the commercial engine, strengthening the brand, putting the right structure in place, or developing the leadership required to see it through.

Everything we do is built around a single principle: the business should be stronger because of the work, not dependent on it. We do not install ourselves. We build capability, clarity and confidence, then step back.

─── WHAT WE DO

Three disciplines.
One direction.

Whether the work is commercial architecture, leadership performance or preparing a business for its next chapter, we build the structures that allow owners and their organisations to move with precision and confidence.

Shrine London

Shrine XIII is our 13-week private advisory programme for owner-led businesses. It is structured around four tracks, Commercial, Brand, Structure and Leadership, and delivered through weekly one-to-one Growth Calls built around your priorities, not ours.

It is designed for founders and MDs who have built something real and now need the structure, clarity and external perspective to take it further. Whether that means unlocking the next stage of growth, preparing for exit, or simply getting the business running without everything depending on you.

Leadership Development

Direction VII is our one-to-one leadership development programme, built for professionals who have the competence but need the structure to step into the next level of leadership. Over seven focused sessions across 12 weeks, it works across identity, confidence, influence and transition, giving leaders a framework to operate with authority rather than reactivity.

Led by Claire Johnson, Direction VII is grounded in performance psychology and real-world leadership pressure. It is not theory. It is a structured programme designed to leave something immediately applicable.

Keynote Speaking

Claire Johnson speaks internationally on leadership, performance under pressure and what it takes to lead with composure when the stakes are highest. Her keynotes draw on her background as the only female performance coach in Formula One history to hold an active racing licence, combined with her work developing leaders across business, sport and high-performance environments.

Every keynote is built around the audience and the outcome. Whether it is a leadership summit, an industry conference or a private event, Claire delivers sessions that are built to leave something immediately applicable, not just memorable. She regularly speaks on themes including mindset, empowerment, leadership under pressure and building the internal structure for sustained high performance.

When a business still lives in the owner’s head, it remains unfinished. We bring structure, accountability and commercial discipline so it becomes stable, investable and defensible.

─── WHO WE WORK WIITH

Serious owners.
Significant decisions.

Shrine London works with a small number of clients at any one time. Engagements are selective, confidential and built around the specific conditions of each business.

Owner-led businesses

£500k–£10m+ turnover. Founder still at the centre. Real value built. Growth that has outpaced structure.

Businesses approaching transition

Sale, investment, MBO, family handover or long-term exit planning. Readiness built before the process begins.

Senior leadership teams

CFOs, COOs and board-level leaders in mid-market and growth businesses navigating structural complexity.

Corporate & PE-backed organisations

Organisations requiring leadership alignment, integration support or commercial architecture as pace increases.

─── OWNERSHIP READY

Thinking about selling,
or stepping back?

Most owners undervalue their business because it remains unstructured for transfer. Ownership Ready is the framework we use inside Private Advisory to close the gap between what a business is worth today and what it could command. It covers readiness before transaction, and it begins long before a deal is on the table.
